These terms govern your use of the SatyaChain platform operated by Elcara LLC-FZ ("Company", "we", "us"). By using SatyaChain, you agree to these terms.
1. Platform description
SatyaChain is a blockchain-based verification layer for government procurement. It provides supplier identity verification, Bill of Materials registration, PPP-MII local content classification, credential verification, and procurement audit logging. The platform does not replace the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) but operates as a supplementary verification system.
2. Eligibility
SatyaChain is intended for use by registered businesses, government buyers, authorized auditors, and accredited certificate issuers. You must provide accurate business identification details (GST, PAN, Udyam registration) during registration. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.
3. User responsibilities
As a user of SatyaChain, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in all submissions, including Bill of Materials data, certificates, and registration details
- Not attempt to register multiple accounts for the same business entity
- Not submit falsified documents or certificates
- Not manipulate or misrepresent local content percentages
- Comply with all applicable Indian procurement laws, including PPP-MII regulations
4. Blockchain records
You acknowledge that data written to the blockchain is permanent and cannot be modified or deleted. This includes supplier verification status, BoM hashes, classification results, and audit events. By submitting data to SatyaChain, you consent to its permanent recording on the Arbitrum blockchain.
5. Verification accuracy
SatyaChain performs automated calculations based on data you provide. The platform verifies that certificates are signed by whitelisted issuers and computes local content percentages from submitted BoM data. We do not independently verify the physical accuracy of BoM components or the truthfulness of supplier declarations beyond what is computationally possible.
6. Third-party services
The platform relies on third-party services for identity verification (GST, PAN, Udyam lookups), document storage (IPFS), and blockchain infrastructure (Arbitrum, Ethereum). We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data issues originating from these third-party services.
7. Intellectual property
The SatyaChain smart contracts are open source. The platform interface, branding, documentation, and proprietary backend systems remain the intellectual property of Elcara LLC-FZ.
8. Limitation of liability
SatyaChain is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the platform will prevent all procurement fraud or that all verification results will be error-free. Elcara LLC-FZ is not liable for losses arising from reliance on platform outputs, third-party service failures, or blockchain network issues. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim.
9. Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent data, or engage in activities that compromise the integrity of the platform. On-chain records associated with suspended accounts remain on the blockchain.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of SatyaChain after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
