Elcara LLC-FZ ("Company", "we", "us") operates the SatyaChain platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information we collect
When you use SatyaChain, we may collect:
- Business identification data (GST number, PAN, Udyam registration number)
- Contact information (name, email address, phone number)
- Bill of Materials data submitted for product verification
- Certificates and compliance documents uploaded to the platform
- Usage data (pages visited, features used, timestamps)
2. How we use your information
We use collected information to:
- Verify supplier identity through third-party KYC providers
- Calculate and record PPP-MII local content classifications
- Store document hashes on the blockchain for verification purposes
- Operate the risk scoring and anomaly detection systems
- Improve platform performance and reliability
3. Blockchain data
Certain data is recorded on the Arbitrum blockchain and cannot be modified or deleted once written. This includes: supplier verification status, BoM content hashes, local content percentages, classification results, and procurement audit events. Full BoM cost breakdowns and detailed documents are stored off-chain with access controls.
4. Third-party services
We use third-party identity verification providers (such as Sandbox.co.in, Surepass, or similar services) to verify GST, PAN, and Udyam registration details. These providers have their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data required for verification.
5. Data security
Off-chain data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to detailed BoM and financial data is restricted to authorized parties (the submitting supplier, designated buyers, and authorized auditors). On-chain data benefits from the cryptographic security of the Arbitrum and Ethereum networks.
6. Data retention
On-chain records are permanent by design. This is a feature of the system, providing an immutable audit trail. Off-chain data is retained for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable law.
7. Your rights
You may request access to your off-chain personal data, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of your account. Note that on-chain records cannot be deleted due to the nature of blockchain technology. Contact us at info@elcara.xyz for any requests.
